Mozart Requiem
Louth Choral Society presents ‘Mozart’s Requiem’ in concert at St James’ Church, Louth.

Louth Choral Society has been performing since 1838 and is one of the longest standing choirs in the UK. Run by local volunteers, the society is now a charity with members who have a passion for music and singing.
This concert features the following music:
- Mass No. 2 in G Major by Franz Schubert (1797–1828)
- Eine Kleine Nachtmusik (Serenade No. 1) by Wolfgang A Mozart (1756–1791)
- Geistliches Lied by Johannes Brahms (1833–1897) Arr. Gotham
- Requiem by Wolfgang A Mozart (1756–1791) Arr. Spengel
Louth Choral Society is delighted to be accompanied by professional soloists: Lucy Farrimond (Soprano), Samatha Oxborough (Alto), Dominic Morgan (Tenor), and Damian O’Keeffe (Bass). This concert is supported by professional violinists from The Lincolnshire Chamber Orchestra. The concert will be conducted by Allan Smith and accompanied by David Parker.
